Harassment after retrenchment claim has been submitted

I just recently got retrenched from my work place and I sent through my claim documents for approval. Obviously I missed payment as I don't have an income. A consultant called me and I notified him that I was retrenched and I have submitted my claim documents and he noted that on the system. A few minutes later another one called and then the calls kept flooding in. I answered one of the calls and I was bombarded with questions and honestly I felt the lady was rude because obviously a claim has been submitted. I honestly feel harassed as there is clearly a note on system that states that the claim has been submitted.
