Harassment

I had an account with homechoice a year ago and I settle it last year octomer and get my settlement letter from them but recently I received their calls harrassing me and telling me that I owe them as far as I know I don't owe them anything and I have a prove of settlement letter that was send to me. I don't really understand what do I owe them .
