Thanx to hello Peter. The issue that I've been having with my account is being resolved after 15months of going back and forth and also being listed at credit bureau. Now I've got a confirmation email about clearing my name and Homechoice offered me a voucher of R500 to show their remorse. Now I'm a happy citizen
