handed over to attorneys for good that i dont have

I am so mad, have been liaising with home choice since November 2014, sent in my affidavit stating that i am being charged for goods i have not received. I was advised from Rameez Behardien Social Media Administrator that the centre manager, Willene van Zyl was investigating with DC. I still was getting calls from the call centre for this account, now they have handed me over to VVM attorneys for collections. I have put them on hello peter and got no where. I am getting sms from the attorney that i have to pay or i will be blacklisted. my point is how can i pay for something i haven't received and to be blacklisted for it also. This is real madness going on at home choice, how many people have you guys claimed money from for goods that we don't have, are you running a business or are you guys just ******** people for money and making money off us for free. I would just like this nightmare to come to an end coz now my name is going to be bad all over and i cant afford for that to happen , i have alot of responsibility at home. All i ask for is for this to be sorted out and my name clear. i need a proper answer not, we are working on it, you working on this since last year, I NEED AN
