Half Delivery, Unsatisfactory Service

<p>Last week I ordered a Casio Kids 44 mini grey key baord(SA7H2). it got delivered yesterday. When I opened the package there was no electrical cord insided. I read the uer guide which shows it oparates with batteries or an electrical cord. It is even written on the outside of the box "Electrical Keyboard". I ohoned this morning after alot of fighting a supervisor that I was transferred to told me they will send me a cord. 5 hours later the very same person phoned me back ifnorming me that she enquired with the product specialist and the keyboard opartes with betteries. I informed her the user guide shows it operates with an electrical cord as well. She apologise stating that she would ask for the user guide to be upddated. I am going to return this otwem back because it does not make sense that the user guide states it also works with an electrical cord and it does not come with it. I will never ordder anythign form home choice ever again. What a horrible experience!!!!!</p>
