Goods returned not credited
i have Returned goods (couches collection arranged by homechoice) which have not been credited to my account. I receive daily phone calls from accounts people in various degrees of rudeness and no one does anything on crediting my account. My ITC score is negatively affected in that they reflect my account being in arrears despite the fact that I have nit been late with payment once.
