Goods over paid for and still not delivered

I bought blankets on 19 October 2015 and i paid them over with an amount of R980.49 By mistake. I called them and they said my money will be paid within 7 working days and i requested them to deliver my staff on Thursday and they were not delivered. They only called me friday for delivery and I was out of town hence my request for early delivery because I needed them for the funeral in the EC. When I called initially, they said they have processed the refund and will reflect in my account on the 26 October 2015. And it never did.<br> <br> When yje refund did not reflect I called them to ask about it, they told me to wait for their turn around time which is 14days.<br> After that I made two telephonic follow ups, I was kept on hold on both occasions for more than 20 minutes to speak to the manager whome never came to the line. <br> I am now sitting with no Blankets and no money refunded to me.
