Goods orded never delivered

<p>Another bad experience with you guys.this is my 4th review.why don't u recheck your system before being rude to your customers.iv just spoken to one of your rude agents to track my order which iv been running around for.firstly you denied payment until I reported it here.secondly I was told my reference number is not mine of whigh you guys sent it to me via email.and now iv been told my adress iv been using my whole life is not mine while iv been using all along iv been having problems with you guys.iv been calling and mentioning the very same address for your security check.suddenly itso not mine.any excuse for me not to get my order.and the rudeness of that consultant didn't help either.iv been through a lot with homechoice. Never will I involve myself with u nomore.and all you gonna say is sorry.I just want my parcel or my money back please iv had it</p>
