Goods not delivered

I have ordered bedding in March 2020 but I have never received my bedding as I foned, send emails but nobody is helping me for my order they all telling me they will get back to me but no one. I have been sending emails to Thozeka tokwe which lastly told me that she no longer working in client service dept she will refer my email to client service team leader which tl never contact me. I am very disappointed with home choice service which is not the first time I am experiencing bad service. It is 4months now I haven't received my bedding and it is an essential product.
