Goods not delivered and refund still outstanding
Ridiculous customer service, bad administration. I regret buying from this shop. I bought blankets in 13 April 2024 and they were delivered at a wrong address. I had to call them to remind them about my case as there was no communication from homechoice and they would ask me to provide them with the same information that I provided to them on the previous communication. Today is the 4th of June 2024 I have not received my refund, no communication.
I am frustrated with the customer service that I am receiving from homechoice. Actually, I don't thick they even have customer service
