GOODS MISSING

I placed an order for a base set 4 weeks ago , according to them they have a standard 2-3 week delivery.<br> We are going on 5 weeks now and up to now no delivery. I have spoken to more than 10 call centre agents and one manager whom none have been able to tell me where the base set is. The previous agent gave me the number for their courier service the courier informed me that the do not deliver the larger goods and i would have to find out from home choice who their third party is that deliver the furniture, after numerous calls i was finally transferred to one of their managers, this extremely rude guy was more enraged by the fact that i had a contact number for their courier than he was help full in assisting me. He would contact me back but as usaul nothing. I cannot seem to get any answers from them.<br> It is unacceptable their answer to me is that the courier is to blame later they said the warehouse is to blame. Worst customer service i have ever seen and i would strongly advise no one to purchase any items from them.
