Goods delivered without being ordered

<p>t I did not order those things. I spoke to a guy by the name of Khanya/Khaya in the accounts department (the number is ********** , option 2). He flatly refused to go back and listen to the recordings and told me I should have returned them within 14days. I explained to him that I don't know how the lady got my details since I don't even know my ID number off by heart and I never placed an order. He then dropped the call on me without any assistance. I am very appalled at the services they offer and it seems like they are ****** if they gather all your information without your knowledge and refuse to go back to the so-called recordings when you tell them to. Please can yoy assist me as these goods are still at my house untouched. </p>
