Good at calling for marketing purposes bad at delivering customer service

Terrible customer service! Ordered from them on the 18 March 2021 and my order was packed on the same day. Till today. 2 months later, still have not received my order and there is no communication of proceedings. Team leaders who are supposed to give feedback on customer queries, fail to do so. No transparency. No accountability.
