Giving old woman more worries

I Rate them zero to service delivery and accounts department.my mom bought a TV last year and told them ots not working within a month and they only came last month to take it and still no feedback on when is she going to get her tv back and now she is getting statement pls that's says she owes the same amount of money that she has already finished paying even thought she has not had the privilege of watching what she bought now she is expected to pay double the price the acounts department sucks and I emailed homechoice a millions time this year to get them to resolve this matter but still no luck ..I am realy getting annoyed ad my mom keeps asking me to ask them what is happening ..I hate it when she has to worry about herself being in debt over something she doesn't understand and also she trusted herself enough to deal with homechoice on line and they would deliver her things but since this incident she has lost hope now she feels she needs help buying what she needs as shel scared shel be ****med and she won't get the right product and will be egnored when she tries to sort it out ....and she wants nothing to do with homechoice now ...this is my last resort to helping her I have advice her to speak to her lawyers if this is not resolve in 24 hours mybe they can resolve this once and for
