Furniture from hell

If I could give no stars I would, this has been a nightmare. All I was trying to do is buy a couch but it has been hell from the beginning. The delivery guy refused to bring the couch up into my parking load cause his truck did not fit then, then I get here and open my delivery only to find it is the wrong damn order as if that was not bad enough when I call them to tell them the couch is wrong they asked me to send pictures asap and it would be dealt with within 24/48 hrs and here we are about a month later still sitting here with this ugly ****** wrapped up couch in my apartment. Let’s all give a round of applause to home choice everyone 🙄argh.
