Hi I'm have a complaint to lay I have purchased a slow cooker with homechoice 3 months ago however I used it once then the cord burst from the cooker I have phn so many times all the consults is telling me I have to wait till the couriers picks it up it's been months that I'm paying for something I never used....this is unacceptable
