I'm not sure if one has to beg the service from you guys,I called 4 times yesterday as we want to order a couch with my mom who is a customer with you all the agents promised to call my mom as I'm not with her and till noe nothing,I called this morning one agent hung up on me,your sales department is pathetic and useless. This means you guys don't value your customers the business is doing great now.I mean we want to order that's all.Natasha can you call my mom like me you promised

I understand that mom is the account holder and she stays in vaal and I stay in Johannesburg and when I spoke to Natasha yesterday she said my mom is the one that can give you guys the address for delivery and today you are saying u can't deliver to a different address, please listen to the recording because I was told it is posdible
