Frustrating and bad customer service

On 11/01/2017 I placed an order with Home Choice and I was told that my order has been processed and will be delivered within 7-14 working days. 5 days after i received an an sms informing me that my order has been rejected. They didn't even specify the reasons. I phoned them and only to be told that they need a copy of my ID, proof of address and 3 months payslips. I asked them why it wasn't asked the time I placed an order and no one could answer me on that. I was given different stories as to why they need those documents. I was even told that it's for ITC checks, but to my surprise because I have a credit facility with Home choice. I was then told by another agent that it's because the goods will be delivered to a different address to the one that have in records. I even asked to speak to a Manager and it took me 2 days to speak to a manager. He confirmed that the order will be released once I send the documents. All documents were sent on 19/01/2017. No one even bothered to acknowledge the receipt. I phoned on 23/01/2017 and I was told that I will have to start afresh and place another order. I asked the agent of someone can call me back to place this order because I've already spend a lot of money on the phone regarding this order. I was promised that they will call me back in few minutes. The same day I phoned more than 7 times asking for an agent to call me back so that I can place this order. I kept on getting promised that someone will call me back. The following day I phoned myself to find out exactly what was happening and u was told that sales dept has put a flag in my account that someone will call me. I insisted that I wanna speak to a manager. An agent that was assisting me went to speak to a manager and came back to tell me her manager has given her a go ahead to remove the flag. An order was placed again. Within an hour or 2 after the order was placed I received an sms requesting the same documents that has already been submitted. Again I called home choice and i was told that it was sent in error, my order was being processed it is in stock reserved and it should leave within 2 days. Today 27/01/2017 I decided to call again to check the status only to be told that the goods are out of stock. I insisted to speak to a manager but the agent told me he's gonna speak to his manager to see if something can be done. I stay on a line until I ran out of airtime. Seeing that he doesn't call me back again I decided to phone and the other agent I spoke to told me that the goods are not out of stock that are busy preparing them. I asked him to get the agent that told me that the goods are out of stock to give me a call.

The agent phoned me and told me that the goods are available but the problem is the gift. I really don't understand the way HC treats their customers. Let alone the floor managers that always not available and they will never call you back. I only manage to speak to one of the mannagers after u told the agent that if they don't call me I will have no choice but to run to hellopeter. I've been a good customer of HC for such a long time, I even have a credit faculty with them. But I doubt if I still want to be on their books after this kind of a treatment that I have experienced later. And one thing that I will never forget was when one of their agencies told me that she was busy chasing sales target when I asked her to call a manager for me.
