Frustrated/Angry customer

I have been going back and forth with Home Choice with my order that I received short on 19 May 2023. I was told to do an affidavit which I have done a month ago. I am not getting any communication from Home Choice. I keep calling and getting people that promise to help me but I have not been helped till today. I am being debited for an order that has not been filled. I am frustrated. Please improve your services
