FRUSTRATED BY LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE

Here it goes again. You guys told me your delivery turnaround time is upto 14days but it was a lie because today is the 18th day and i haven't received my order. My studies and business are on hold cause of your non existing customer care. When can i expect my order? Do you even have stock or you just debited me for goods I will never receive. I demand a delivery date because you failed to keep your end of the bargain. Your customer service is just as useless as your warehouse/dispatching center and courier services.
