Frustrated and annoyed

Bought a pot set 3 months ago still have not yet received it no one could assist with details regarding my order until I put a review on hello Peter and they were very fast to reply to the complaint however the lady I spoke to via email (Lee Anne) just kept emailing me but still could not tell me anything about my delivery I have been charged for it already yet I got nothing. I move out of my current address to another place but still no feedback.
