From Taking forever to deliver to delivering incomplete goods

I live in one of the metros, It shouldn't be such a struggle to deliver. waited for almost a month and a half for my delivery , After such a hassle and constant back and forth they delivered incomplete order and I am being charged for item I have never received , I am so mad!!!!! how on earth are their control processes!!!!! I cannot believe this
