FROM R2200 TO R2700 PATHETIC

In January 2014 I lost my job and could not pay my account. I did inform them but they said there is nothing they can do. Just imagine that. Than a couple of months after that I got a temp position I Phoned them because I want to be responsible and I start paying off my account. Of late I just can do it anymore. But 2 weeks ago they phoned and I asked her if I can have a settlement discount they told me there was none. Strange enough 2 days after the conversation an sms came in to say 20% settelement discount. Last night the women told me my account is R2700 I said how can it be when 2 weeks ago it was R2200 the lady said it because I'm not picking up my phone. but I made an arrangement to pay this weekend which I'm not going to do unless this thing is sorted out. MBD or whatever is handling the account. <br> <br> My contract is going to end soon and then they will get nothing.
