Freezing cold and I still do not have my blankets!!!!

These people should really consider starting to use a good reputable courier not this "Fast and Furious" nonsense. Its so annoying for me the customer to have to be calling your couriers to chase them to deliver my order.... Its freezing cold and i still don't have my blankets!!!!!!!
