free gift not received

I am not have with the service of home choice their lie on their catalogues buy this and receive a free gift i ordered a Brooklyn 5 piece set which had a free gift of a blue tooth speaker, I received the order today no speaker and this is the second time i order something which included a free gift but i don't receive, when you call the call Centre they lie and say they will deliver the gift to date i have not received the first gift and now its this one, The courier company they are using are liers and pathetic.
