Is this entire business rotten or what? The different divisions are nothing but a complete disgust to the services industry. THEY OPENED AN ORDER UNDER MY NAME FOR SOMEONE ELSE. I reported the matter on the 24th of June 2020. I spoke to Mavuso Npsizi who referred the matter to his superior Grant Crowster. I was told ***** will do an investigation and get back to me within 48 hrs.

I call on the 9th of July 2020, I speak to a lady by the name of BONGEKA FROM ACCOUNTS. She refused to give me her surname and told me things will NOT HAPPEN IN MY WAY, after I requested to speak to her superior as she was refusing to assist me. Over and above that, she just stopped talking and left me hanging, after 10 minutes of back and forth with her. As I was tyipng this email, she had been silent for 40 minutes.

SO WHAT HAPPENS NOW? IS THE OMBUDS THE ONLY WAY?
