********** transactions

I have just discovered a ********** account opened by Homechoice under my name and I am livid. I saw strange debit orders then I started to worry when my credit report was showing a Homechoice account in arrears. I have never opened an account with this company. I am now even struggling to get to their ***** department’s email after multiple attempts. What a nightmare. So they not have proper authentication systems. How can an account be opened in my name including even running debit orders via my bank account. I am disgusted.
