********** transaction with my identity number

I never purchased anything from homechoice yet since July I get phone calls demanding payment. I'm being called by another name: Hlali Moji, whom I don't know.I was even called by Norman Bisset, a debt collector. <br> I continuously explained that I'm the mentioned person. I even went to the police and got an affidavit, a certified copy of my I'd, which I submitted to Homechoice to proof that I'm not the mentioned person. I also sent 6 signatures to proof that I didn't sign any contract with Homechoice. I received an email response from Homechoice promising that they will investigate the matter and get back to me within 30days. To date I have not received any feedback and when I followed up on the matter I learned that the account was handed over to a debt collector. Homechoice refuse to investigate the matter further. Now I'm but being punished with a bad credit record. I am feeling helpless because nobody is willing to assist me. In my opinion Homechoice made a mistake by accepting a ********** id and want me to pay for their mistake. If I purchased anything from anyone I will pay but Homechoice refuse to give me the proof that I purchased anything from them.
