Issue still not resolved. Ridicules service. They claim I need to do an affidavit at the police station and they dont want to tell me why. Why must I waste my time if it is their fault???? They have the account nr and all, they must just fix it. Do you job and fix my credit status you lousy people!!!!!!!!

The ****es still has not resolved my issue. What is going on??????? I think I must fly there and go and do it myself in a face to face manner. The most useless ****s I have ever came across.

Now they tell me its going to take between 30 and 90 days. Why would the **** peolpe mess up my credit score and then take so long to fix it?????????? There is a ********** transaction on my name that I have no knowledge about, no signature or no email and they just pull up their shoulders and say that I must give them an affidavit. Why must I go and stand in a cue at the police station if I did not create the problem??????????

Now they complain about foul language but they are messing with my life. I cant go about doing normal business to provide for my family because they messed up my credit record. I will carry on until I am sorted.
