********** revolving loan from homechoice

I have never app**** for any loan from them but everyday I am harrassed by multiple phone calls asking me when am I going to make a payment. I keep telling them the same answer that I have never app**** for a loan at home choice. I even did a an affidavit in April 2021 and sent it to Mark who is my contact person but to date, the issue is still not being resolved. I then later requested the ***** dispute email address to one of the consultants who called me so that I send it again but it seem like someone is sleeping on the job to resolve this matter as its now affecting my credit score. I really need assistance on how to handle the situation.
