********** purchases on my name

I was a consumer of Home choice and had purchased 3 items amounting to R3299.00 in August 2017, I paid that up and to my surprise now 5 years later in 2021 I was contacted by their legal department and told that I made purchases of R14 530.86 in September 2017 which is untrue and false, I have never taken those goods and trying to get ahold of Home choice to remove this has been near impossible
