********** Purchases

So I bought an Item from Home Choice 3 years back, paid the item and did not purchase anything else afterwards. Suddenly on the 25th of August 2021, I receive an email confirming that I would be debited as I bought a 4 door Hisense fridge which was not correct. I did not purchase the fridge. Long story short, the transaction was ********** and Homechoice was made aware. Now the issue is I keep receiving harassing mesages from Home choice stating that I owe them money and further action will be taken against me. The emails stopped after many calls to Homechoice but the text messages still continue. I have contacted the call centre, the ***** deparment but I am still getting harassed. All I want is for the harassment to stop and the matter to be resolved. I did not purchase a 4 door fridge from home choice..
