Absolutely pathetic useless bunch. 3 months of trying to sort out a ********** purchase on my account and waiting for feedback. When you phone to find out what is happening you are always asked 'are you sure you didn't buy it?' Like honestly why would I buy something I literally have the exact same thing at home then you get told it will get sorted out but when? I have always supported them over the years but now I will stay far away. They are just a bunch of *******.
