Homechoice has been deducting money from my bank account as from May 2020 to date. They sent me an account statement yesterday and it states that I owe an amount of R5 956.33. Deductions have been going off as follows: 24 April 2020 - R209.12, 25 May 2020 - R305.46, 25 June - R510.30, 24 July - R510.33 and due now for August is R507.55. However, I have never bought anything from them and the statement is not saying anything either. I need to be reimbursed all the money and for the debit order to be immediately cancelled. As this is totally unacceptable.
