********** debit orders - Beware of these people

For the second month in a row now your company have been deducting money **********ly from my account. I did not sign up for any debit orders. I sent an email last month to dispute the transaction and I was asked to provide my ID - why should I provide my ID to you?? If I just google this company only ***** comes up so why should I trust you with my personal information? I am surprised that companies like this are even allowed to trade as they clearly do not take any steps to even verify that they are not dealing with ********** when they open accounts, surely this cannot be legal. Resolve this ASAP, you do not need my ID the reference number should be good enough for you to trace the account.
