********** DEBIT ORDERS.

on the 26 February 2021 my account was debited with an amount of R 751.05 reference HOMECHOICE***10226. I do not have an account with Home Choice nor have I ever opened an account with Home Choice. the debit order was reversed with my respective bank. I called home choice now as I have been listed under Compuscan as being in arrears and not paying my home choice account. I called the call center agent who was very rude, irate and lacked patience to explain the home choice process I am not even fami**** with. Eventually she opened a "***** case" gave me a reference number informed me that the turnaround time is 90 days. I asked when the account was opened she said 2014 the account has never been used before its only on the 19 Feb 2021 since the account has been opened that it has been utilized.. The cell center agent could not at least furnish me with the location of where the Home Choice merchandise was sent to due to customer protection laws. I am now listed as a bad payer on Compuscan i need someone from Home Choice to assist and make this a priority.
