********** DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION & I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU!!!!

I have had an unauthorized debit come off my account this morning of R641.15 and I don't even have an account with Home Choice!!! This is ***** and I have reported this to my bank and now they are saying I need to make contact with Home Choice in order to get this resolved!!! I then reported this to the ***** department at FNB and they can only reverse the debit order tomorrow. What is there to resolve if I don't even have an account with YOU, nor have I ever bought anything from Home Choice !! I want my money back, otherwise I will be taking this further with the ombudsman.

30 Sept 2020, 18:07Right! I have a sworn affidavit which I will send through to your offices tomorrow. If this isn't sorted out, I will be opening a case of ***** and if that doesn't work. I will be taking this to court! How on earth did Home Choice get my banking details??? I want to know who gave my permission to deduct funds which I have not bought anything from Home Choice nor have an account with! I will not let this stand. Trust me...
