********** Debit order
This morning 01.08.2020 my wife got an SMS from FNB stating she had a debit transaction for R431.61 deducted from her account for homechoice. She has never had a homechoice account or done any homechoice purchases. How did homechoice obtain her bank details and get consent to debit her account if they have never been in contact with her? We have reported this with FNB as ***** and are going to the police. Legal action will be taken if this transaction is not reversed and future debits cancelled.
