********** debit from home choice

I have never purchased any item from this company. They have been making ********** debits from my bank account from November2020. When i tried getting a hold of them they blocked my emails and when I tried calling then they hung up.on me and had my number blocked. . Home choice is having people cal me everyday saying they handed me over to a debt collection company and I'm owing them over R8000 for something I know nothing about. .my bank is aware of my request to have this account investigated. ..can u please assist
