********** blacklisting

If I look at the vast amount of similar queries to mine, both here and on their Facebook page, you have to question their ability to scan for ********** accounts. It is either that or someone there is simply okaying the accounts, are in it as well. Someone opened an account using my ID number only. And HC then blacklisted me, even though they can clearly see my name does not even match. Now I have to battle them to remove this blacklisting, which they did with both TransUnion and Experian. No apologies no nothing, their feedback is pathetic, no promises, the little I get back is amateur, even the quality of their stationery used is that of a primary school. Stay far away from this place, this place is so close to a **** (not my words, see the numerous comments from others here. I don't even have an account there, and I can with 100% confidence advise you not to open one there, ever. Just pathetic. They should read the terms of a valid blacklisting, mine is everything but. Steps have been taken.
