********** and disgusting level of service

Disgusting level of service i am getting from this ********** company . i have been waiting for the feedback for the appliance that i returned back for repairs with no luck . Everytime i make a follow up a different story arises. the appliance was collected on the 30th of august and to date no one knows what is happening . i am done with these *****s playing mind games with me yet i am expected to pay something that i am not using . This company is a **** off late and people must stay away from it.
