********** Activity Against My Bank Account

On July 2019 I laid a complaint with Homechoice Maponya mall and I was advised to do an affidavit and I handed it in the store. My problem is that my bank account was **********ly use to purchase goods from Homechoice and my bank account was debited without my consent. On 20 November 2019 I sent an e-mail to *** and I did raised my concern and I did get a response. I instructed my contact to stop debiting my account and start investigating the ********** activity against my name. It is almost a year now since I have logged the complaint with Homechoice and nobody is doing anything about my query. This is unacceptable and Homechoice needs to verify the account numbers of the people buying goods via online application.

it has been two months since Homechoice requested me to give them a chance to sort this out and nothing has happened and nobody has contacted me. I feel that Homechoice is not interested in helping me and they don't care about me as a person. I have a good credit records with other creditors and why will I risk messing up my good credit history by not paying Homechoice R3700.00 it is not worth it. When I asked Homechoice the proof of purchase they informed me that the purchase was done electronically and the goods were delivered to the address I have never set my foot on. It is obvious that Homechoice does not care about their customers they only care about money otherwise why would they not do a customer due diligence properly to avoid identity theft?
