About 3 months ago i ordered a home theater system from homechoice and usually it takes them 7 days to deliver but the order was never delivered so i contacted them and they said they did deliver and it was signed off by a family friend, which is completely untrue ,so i was asked to go the police station and make a affidavit for the ****** goods ,i did and sent it to them. When i called in they said they recieved it they even sent an email to confirm ,this issue has not been resolved yet and i have been called by call centre agents that keep saying that i must pay for the home theater and that they haven't received any affidavit from me while others say they did recieve the complaint? This is really unprofessional and it shows that it is a inside job they even went as far as trying to debit it from my account which i dont know where they got it from THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF ********* i need this to be resolved immediately!!!!
