********** ACTIVITY!!

*****!!!! Someone did a credit enquiry without my consent last year October and I have been trying to reach Home Choice without any success. Yesterday I managed to speak to one of the ***** department consultant by the name of Haddie Frans (spelling might be wrong) who promised to be in contact with me by COB yesterday but never got back to me. Homechoise had promised to issue a letter in the second week of January acknowledging the ********** activity and I haven't received that letter till date. It has come to a point where they sometimes put down the phone on my ear. I have written to their social media platform, however, no one is willing to assist.

I wonder whatelse they're doing with our information. I am sick to my stomach.
