I would like to know, how do I have a homechoice account if I have not app**** to have an account.

I have received a debit order which I reversed, because I don't know where my details have been used.

To my surprise I received my credit score and I see I have a homechoice revolving loan under my name, which I don't know nothing about.

Could I please get feedback as to what has happened, and how the account and all my details where used without my consent.
