If I could give homechoice 0 I would To cut a long story last year someone order products in my name in Durban worth R20 000. Last year around may I was contacted and told that I have missed installment.( this is where the problem started) firstly I closed my homechoice account years back it was fully paid and closed. Next thing "someone " opens my account and orders things nd the products get delivered in Durban nd I stay in nelspruit ,I work for the government in mpumalanga for more than 45 years this year u will be turning 63,never never ever in my life had I got a bas credit my credit profile was always perfect, now comes this ******** from homechoice who target old people by de*****ing thinking they will pay for things they never ordered. My question to homechoice is was there a security check when this "*******" ordered things in my name??? U always say this call is recorded right? Where is the copy of my id? B 3/months banking statements?? 3 months payslips?? Nd at delivery what did the delivery people receive to show that that was indeed me who signed of those things?? I stay in nelspruit and I have a townhouse in Pretoria ,when I ask alm these questions no one can answer. Right I have been talking to Kirk Bennett and Wasima for the past 2/3 months to assist me with this problem, last week Friday Kirk told me that before the week end I will receive a letter stating that I have been cleared was I not happy to say finally. Two weeks passed and new excuses arose,now I was told before they gave me the letter they are now waiting for the receipts of delivery till today I have calling *** Kirk or Wasima nd no one answers even right now today this second no one answers. Now the reall issue I have 2 children who are staying in my townhouse, now that I have sold that townhouse I.wanted to build a plot nd build a house there for my family, to enable them to become farmers, now that the townhouse is sold my children need to move to a flat for 4/6 months until phase 1 of the house is built I ,and they need to move out b4 thr 30th nd pain the townhouse. Now most of the agencies in Pretoria East do credit check nd surprise surprise I get declined for a rental nd than FNB my banker declines me too for a loan of 1.1 million but Lasr year i was approved for 1.5million from my financial advisor. Now that all this is happening I tell my son to call Kirk as i was not in the office for this whole week, to ask him to send the letter he promised to send, kirk than send agrees send but the letter he send is USELESS it states Without Prejudice Account no: *** Name: *********** ID no: 57************* To whom it may concern please be advised that we are In the process of investigating Suspected ********** Purchase which was opened using Mrs D Mpenyani person details. There you have it ,this letter this doesn't indicate I have been cleared all those promises were empty nd lies. My children might be homeless b4 this month end now when that happens I will SUE HOMECHOICE WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE EVEN IF IT MEANS I MUST RETIRE I DO SO.. I am left with 2 years anyone's. This serves as a warning to all who want to ever use HM services. I will definitely put this In all Facebook posts as well. Whatever my attorney charges me HM will be responsible em sick of these ********
