********** Account Opened under my name

Hi, I was shocked to find out that someone **********ly opened Homechoice account in my name and I wonder how many people are out there who are not aware of this ****. Readings some reviews here, Homechoice must stop online credit and investigate, it could be the biggest **** in the country. I was only aware when I was applying for a personal loan with my bank. I wrote an email to Homechoice, ***; I was asked to do an affidavit however I did not get a reference or response yet from HomeChoice.
