********** ACCOUNT OPENED ON MY NAME

On 6 May 2022 i received 2 sms's to say that my cell number and home address have been updated. I didn't act immediately as i didn't think of much of it. Today i check my credit score and it has mysteriously gone down by 3 points because theres an account opened on my name. I quickly call Home Choice to alert them that i did not open any account with Home Choice, they said that the goods have already been delivered on the 11th. I demand to know where the goods were delivered as i did not receive any goods nor did i open any account with Home Choice. The consultant said that she cannot share with me the address where the goods were delivered. My credit score is not affected because of this. I am still waiting for the ***** department to investigate this before the month end because it will affect my credit score further!!!!!!!!!
