********** Account Opened at HomeChoice!

Home Choice allowed a person to **********ly open an account with them, using my details and did not bother to verify the actual person open the account and when I called them to alert them of this ********** account I was told the owners is on me to go write affidavits and send a CERTIFIED copy of my ID, why didn't they request a CERTIFIED copy and proof of address from the person that opened the account with them.
