********** ACCOUNT OPENED AND NOW ITS OUR PROBLEM!!!

My husband was called by a company advising him that he had an account open with Home Choice when he had never opened one and that he was in arrears and his name would be affected if not paid!!!! We advised Home Choice that it was ********** only to find out three months after submitting the affidavit from the police station that nothing had been done about, yet in the meantime my husbands name is being dragged through the dirt!!!! We battled to find a place to rent because when they did a credit check this ********** account kept coming up!!! Home Choice needs to be held responsible, absolutely disgusted by this shocking service. We phoned again now and they say they have not received the affidavit after sending it months ago and phoning to confirm receipt. The next step is legal action as this is not acceptable!!!!
